The students, who have finished the third term of 2015-16 school years, will have the same fees in mathematics as they had in 2014-15. For the rest applicants one-term-fee (12 lessons) will be 240 GEL.

Lessons will be held in three shifts:

1st shift: Saturday: 10:00-13:00

2nd shift: Saturday: 14:00-17:00

3rd shift: Sunday: 14:00-17:00

                                   Math’s classes will be held in three shifts:

1st shift: Saturday: 10:00-13:00 (break 15 minutes)

2nd shift: Saturday: 14:00-17:00 (break 15 minutes)

3rd shift: Sunday: 14:00-17:00 (break 15 minutes)

                    Informatics classes will be held on Sundays: 10:00-12:00 and 12:10-14:10

Regional “Saturday School”   schedule will be defined by the region coordinator and the school. Classes will be conducted by Komarovi teachers as well as qualified guest teachers. The school year is divided in three modules: each module covers 12 lessons. One module costs:

In mathematics: the students, who finished the third module of 2014-15 school years, the payment will be the same, as the previous year.

For other students one module costs 240 GEL.

In technologies: one module costs 150 GEL.

A contract with the parent is signed in written form or can be signed with an electronic signature.  The school takes responsibility to fulfill the project activities, whilst the parent takes responsibility to pay the fee.  The student’s attendance at the lessons confirms parental consent and the agreement will enter into force.

According to the contract the school is liable to:

a)  Provide education at “Saturday School” modules according to the 2015-16 school years.

b)  Provide high quality learning and teaching.

c) Create safe and equal learning environment for the students.

d) Provide the pupils with highly qualified teachers.

e) Provide the pupils with learning/ exam classrooms.

f) Provide the pupils with relevant schoolbooks.

g) Inform parents with the service provided.

h) Provide 12 lessons in each module.

i) Staff each class with no more than 20 students.

Parent is liable to:

Introduce himself/herself with the conditions of the given contract;

Fees must be supported by the actual cost of the provided service according to the contract.

I module payment must be supported according to the registration rules;

II module payment must be supported no later than January 10, 2016.

III module payment must be supported no later than 23 March, 2016.

News at Komarovi School: 2 new technology groups are opening:

1st shift: Sunday 10.00-12.00

2nd shift: Sunday 12.10-14.10

The lessons in informational technologies will be held by one of Georgian team members Zaza Gamezardashvili.

One module ( 12 lessons) in IT costs 150 GEL.

Registration will be different for the students who are 2014-15 year graduates and for the new students:

1. Registration for the 2014-15 year graduates.

The students who finished the third module of 2014-15 year, have been placed into the  groups  accordingly. In case they wish to continue studies, they can register according to the registration code, which has already been sent to the parents’ mobile phones. If a parent hasn’t received a message, he can come to the school and receive your registration code( we’d like to explain one more time that only the students who finished 2014-15 school year can register with a registration code).

In the field given  write your e-mail and password and go to the registration system. A window will appear,where you can see a link in the  left upper corner :” registration of the students who finished the third module of 2014-15 year.” After following the link enter your registration code in given field. The name and surname of the student will appear, in some cases some other data may emerge(e.g. e-mail, parent’s mobile phone). Fill in all the required fields. The system will show the group where the pupil was studying last year. If desired, parents can change the group if there is a vacancy in other groups.

Registration system will keep the place for the pupils who finished her third module until the 2nd September ( it means parents can enter the system until the 2nd September). After entering the system the pay code will be activated and the payment must be supported in due course. (see the terms below).

We’d like to explain  once more: 2014-15 year graduates are already staffed in groups and activating a registration code is not necessary until the 2nd of September. If the code is activated the system automatically starts the countdown.

Enter your e-mail and the password in the right field. After you’ll be able to enter the system with your e-mail.

In the right field you’ll see: new student registration. Fill  all the required fields name, surname,parent’s phone number, parent’s e-mail, the school where the pupil is studying and select the subject: informatics and the group, where you’d like to place your child.

After entering all data, you’ll receive the payment code and the deadline for  the first module payment. If you don’t support the money in due course, the system will erase the child automatically. In this case you’ll need to register the pupil again.

You can register more than one child with the same e-mail. Until the system is closed you can change the group( of course if there is a vacancy in other groups).

                Notes for pupil registration:

. registration system works daily from 8 A.M  to 12 P.M.
